Being relaxed, present and in a place of trust is the greatest gift you can give your child and yourself. Through the practice of yoga during pregnancy, your body, mind and breath come to work in harmony, the way nature intended.
Under the guidance of prenatal yoga teacher Erin Fairgray, you will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations that are most beneficial at this special time. Take time to enjoy the journey and share in the wisdom of other mamas to be.
We welcome all expectant mothers, recommended from second trimester onwards, to join us for these classes.
