Come along and join Di for a 2 hour workshop where we will focus on balancing our Late Summer energy and nurturing ourselves from a 5 Element TCM perspective.
Late Summer is the time when we use the magnetic pull of the Earth to ground ourselves and remind our bodies of the nurturing and support that they crave in our action packed lives. It’s the time to take a pause between the seasons, to listen to the Echo and feel our bodies soften into the experience of Yin.
These poses are simple and calming and this will be suitable to any levels of fitness, although it would be challenging if you have limited mobility.
Lets give ourselves the gift of time as we work with our Earth Element via the Spleen and Stomach Meridians in your body, and feel the difference it makes in your body.
Finishing off with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to make sure we totally get the Chilling Vibes going. Included in your investment is a 2ml essential oil blend to further enhance the balancing of your earth energy.
