Tuesday afternoons for 8 consecutive weeks starting the 11th February at 4pm. Each class runs for 45mins.

Join us for a 8 week yoga series for children aged 7-14. During this series your children will experience both the physical movement of yoga plus the benefits of restorative yoga. They will be led by Sarah Vassella a trained Kids Yoga Teacher & School Teacher. Yoga is a fabulous way for your children to:

- Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation & healthy movement

- Improve sleep patterns

- Develop body awareness

- Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way

- Build concentration

- Increase their confidence & positive self-image

- Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group

- Have an alternative to tuning out through constant attachment to electronic devices

We use essential oils in our classes to further enhance the ability to quieten the mind.
