We are super excited to bring you this 6 week beginner yoga series for teens ages 12-18 years with a focus on the breath, gentle movement and relaxation.

Erin brings her enthusiasm and experience across a number of modalities including youth counselling, yoga and energetic bodywork to bring your teen powerful tools they can carry with them on and off the mat for many years to come.

As they flow and move through the foundations of yoga, the breath and meditation, they will also receive:

-Exploration of sense of self, building confidence and self worth  
-The art of letting go
-Practising present moment awareness
-Focusing your mind
-Understanding thoughts and emotions; the mind-body connection
-Breathing for calm, breathing for energy
-Strength, flexibility, balance and flow
-Improved posture
-Tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and challenging times
-Enhancing creative expression

It is not about getting it right, it is about showing up and being yourself in a safe, fun and supportive space. This course provides the foundations of yoga suitable for every body.

When: Thursday afternoons 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Starts: 13th May and runs for 6 weeks finishing on 17th June.

Cost: $85 and includes a CALM oil blend

Bring: We have everything you need at the studio, so just yourself & wear comfy clothing. Parents are welcome to have a comfy seat at the back of the studio if you’d like to also see/hear/feel/absorb the happiness the teens are learning
