Come along and join Di for a 2 hour Yin Workshop where we will focus on balancing our Autumn Energy and nurturing ourselves from a 5 Element Yin perspective. 

Autumn is the time when our energy naturally starts to draw inwards, and in this Workshop we will connect with our Metal Channels via Yin poses specifically relating to our Lungs and Large Intestines. 

Our aim is to find space for stillness and allow ourselves to just “BE” for a short while – to connect with a sense of Release and Surrender – connecting to the gifts of our Autumn season.

We will finish our practice with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to make sure we totally get the chill vibes going.

Included in you investment is a crystal infused 2ml Autumn essential oil blend plus a handout detailing all the Yoga Poses that can bring harmony to the body during this season.
