Come along and join Di for a 2 hour workshop where we will focus on balancing our Winter Energy and nurturing ourselves from a 5 Element TCM perspective.

Winter is the time when we naturally draw inwards and find ourselves wanting to withdraw and rest. We respond to these extremes of weather with grace and ease if we honour this natural quietening of our lifestyle, if we find space for stillness and allow ourselves to just "Be" for a short while - to connect with Mother Earths calling for Yin.

Our Yin poses are simple and calming and this will be suitable to any levels of fitness, experience is just a bonus, in no way is it a requirement. Give ourselves the gift of time as we work with our Water Element via the Kidney and Bladder Meridians in your body, and get to feel the differences that makes in your body. 

Finishing off with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to make sure we totally get the Winter Chilling Vibes going.
