Balance your Spring Energy so you can connect to a sense of kindness - for yourself as well as others - and connect into the increased energy available at this time of the year.
We'll be concentrating on Yin Postures designed to stimulate and smooth our Spring energy from a 5 Element TCM perspective. Spring is a time where rapid personal growth, it's a time where health improvements can be the rewards of our practice. Our objective is to smooth our erratic energy felt at this time of year, to gift ourselves the time to explore how it feels in your own bodies.
We are going to access this energy via some gentle Yin Yoga postures all aimed at balancing our energies of our Wood energy. The poses will be relaxing, gentle and accessible to all levels of fitness and flexibility. Our aim is to stimulate the energy without further draining our resources, so we can find our enthusiasm for life returning like the increasing sun hours. Then we'll move into a deeply relaxing and healing Yoga Nidra with a Spring Visualisation included, this Yogic Sleep is when we absorb all the healing energy that we've created in the body and absorb that amazing goodness deep into your being.
