Last time we did this it was so magic! Actually every Friday evening session we have, we just love so much, so we are coming together, under the August full moon, to ground our energy and prepare for a restful nights sleep.

Do you struggle with falling asleep? Do you wake up in the middle of the night and are unable to fall back asleep?  You are not alone. Join us for this incredibly relaxing class where you'll be guided through postures to prepare the body for a restful sleep.

During this class Renee will guide you through breathwork, a bedtime flow and then a beautiful, dreamy yoga nidra (yogic sleep), leaving you feeling so well rested and nourished.

When: Friday 12th August, 6pm-7.30pm
What to bring: Just yourself, wear comfy clothing, no experience with yoga or meditation necessary, just a desire to sleep well and fully relax the body, mind and soul.
