Have you been wanting to start yoga, but are worried about how to get up and down from the floor? Or do you have limited mobility but would love to learn how to stretch your body?

Come and experience the harmonisation of yoga and essential oils to bring calm and balance to your body and mind.

Our chair yoga series will lead you through a range of postures and stretches using the chair as your support and guide. We will flow through:

- Breathing techniques

- Stretches to release the tension within the body

- Postures to improve balance

- Relaxation techniques 

You will be led through your course by Ash Carr
