GENTLE YOGA / HATHA / SUNRISE

A slower paced, gentle yoga class that focuses on mindful movement, breath work, mediation & replenishment. A great class for all levels.

RESTORATIVE & YIN YOGA

A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system with the purpose of calming the body & mind. Join us to relax, stretch, unwind & enjoy the aroma, touch & amazingness of essential oils as you are guided through a series of long held stretches - Yin poses. A lovely class for any level & injury.

YOGA & BALANCE : STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

On our yoga mat, but also in our lives, we are looking for the balance between our flexibility/ freedom & our strength/ stability. A yoga flow with a focus on breath led movement & bringing balance into our life & yoga practice.

VINYASA FLOW

Breath lead movement flowing from pose to pose using the aroma of essential oils to guide us through our practice.

All our classes are infused with essential oils. Once a month we run an Oils workshop, so you can learn more.  We also regularly run workshops & Pop-Up Yoga classes in the weekend & on Tuesday nights & Beginners Yoga Courses.
