This 45min, un-hunch at lunch is a slower paced, gentle yoga class that focuses on mindful movement, restoration, breath work, meditation & replenishment. A great class for all levels.

5:30pm - 6:30pm YIN YOGA

A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system with the purpose of calming the body & mind. Join us to relax, stretch, unwind as you are guided through a series of long held stretches - Yin poses from a 5 element perspective. A lovely class for any level & injury.

7pm - 8pm GENTLE FLOW

A slower based, gentle flow class that focuses on mindful movement, breath work, and bringing balance and strength into our body, mind and soul. This class is perfect suitable for everyone, including pre and post natal.

7pm - 8pm MEDITATION + YOGA NIDRA

We are incredibly excited to offer you a Meditation class in the studio. This class will provide a different type of meditation each week making it perfect for those new to meditation and still incredibly powerful for those who have experience. We will begin with either breath work or energisation techniques, moving into meditation and then allowing it all to come together in a yoga nidra (yogic sleep). 

Teacher: Each week this will change as we showcase a different meditation technique.

A lovely class for any level & injury

A beautiful flow class, that invites in an emphasis on the breath, on balance and strength and how to incorporate that in your everyday life.  This class is suitable for everyone, including pre and post natal.

6am - 7am SUNRISE YOGA

On our yoga mat, but also in our lives, we are looking for the balance between our flexibility/ freedom & our strength/ stability. An uplifting yoga flow with a focus on breath led movement & bringing balance into our life & yoga practice.
