Mala & Mantra's
Crystals : Cleansing : Meditation : Mantras : Nibbles : FUN!!!
Mala beads act as reminders and catalysts for living our intention. 108 Beads to awaken and align vital energy within.
Mala beads or "malas", are tactile reminders that reminds us to breathe, bring ourselves back from the busy and crazy lives we lead and bring us into the moment. They are both beautiful and a great tool to help with meditation. The making of the Mala is a meditation in itself.
Join us, and have the opportunity to make your own Mala, full of beautiful intention and your amazing energy. This workshop theme is all about love, compassion, nurturing and so much joy. As we lead into the end of the year we will be introducing tools on how we can support ourselves so we can feel amazing, before giving to others.
We will have crystals, tassels and all Mala-making supplies you will need. Along with your mala you will receive a pouch, information on the beads you choose, as well as information on both the meaning of a Mala, 108 beads & our japa nada meditation.
This workshop will be followed by cleansing our Mala's and then a Japa Nada Meditation using the Mala.
Nibbles and tea's provided.

Bracelet Making
Kids and Adults love these workshops, however you can come into the studio anytime to create an intentional bracelet using gemstone beads.
We offer these as additions to Birthday Parties or gatherings. If you have a group of 5 people + we will create a beautiful space for your event, with a Mandala in the middle, making it inspiring and restful.
Our packages are as follows:
- 1-4 people, come in store anytime & create a bracelet for $18pp
- 5+ people, ages 5-10, bookings required, we will create a beautiful space for you and be available for the whole workshop to help and guide your children. Includes a bag, affirmation and crystal to take home $25pp
- 5+ people, ages 11+, bookings required, we will create a beautiful space for you and be available at the start & end of the workshop and pop in during to see if we can be of any assistance. Includes a bag, affirmation and crystal to take home $20pp
- Custom workshop for more than 10 people, where you would love a welcome circle, meditation, bracelet making, bag + crystal + affirmation, closing circle - 1 hr $25pp

When your day comes to an end, you will feel inspired and renewed and will have Mandala art and a Mala Necklace to take home with you along with some other goodies

Restorative Masterclass
Gentle Yoga + Meditation + Reiki + Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra.
Join us for 2 hours of Restorative Bliss, melting the week away and leaving you in a state of pure chill. We will take you through a gentle journey that will awaken, rest and restore the body infusing essential oils, reiki, meditation, breathwork and touch to bring your body into a state of harmony.
This journey is all about taking time out for you, to allow the body and mind to rest and to fill up your cup.
Our studio is incredibly nurturing and we have blankets, mats, bolsters and blocks at the studio. So just bring yourself and let the rest of the world drift away for 2 hours.
