SHAVASANA is an essential oil blend which has powerful effect on the mind and heart. It allows the overactive mind to release and the body to relinquish, any feelings of stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
The oils found in this blend encourage you to find the peace that lies within, allowing tranquility and healing to fill the body.
This is a favourite blend among our students at the studio and we use it as we head into shavasana in most of our classes.
