Join us for a 4-week introduction to Embodied FEELin.
We are incredibly excited to have the passion and joy of Sam Bassett join us in the studio for a head to heart journey. Sam will introduce us to a beautifully powerful, yet unique movement here in the studio as we embark on a 4 week journey together.
Over these 4 weeks, you will delve into the concept of our five bodies - physical, mental, emotional, energetic and archetypal - and touch the surface of the four feelings; anger, fear, sadness and joy. We will explore this through meditation, movement and journalling.
You will be invited to connect with movement in a fun and explorative way, within a supportive and grounded environment.
As we come together you can expect:
- A small group of just 11 of us together in circle to explore the potent and magical journey FEELin. - We will introduce and discuss the five bodies and four feelings
- You will be guided into meditation to deepen your connection to the topics discussed.
- This mediation will flow into divine movement exploring the body and FEELin. - We will provide space to guide you back down into harmony and journalling.
- Then in Week 4 all of this magic will come together to consolidate everything we have discovered.
- All of this goodness will be anchored by Renee in reiki healing
- You will be provided with a journal and intuitively created oil just for this event.
- This is a space free of judgement and full of love
Sam embarked on her journey of self-connection, realising that she was either numb or seeking distractions from feeling. The discovery of Embodied Freedom started to unfold and Sam was shown new tools for consciously connecting with her feelings, and noticed positive changes in her daily life. This motivated her to join the Spaceholder Training in May, and now she is on her path to bringing Embodied Freedom to you - this is exciting and we so can’t wait to share this here with you now.
When: Wednesday Evenings 6.30pm - 8pm ish (expect this to flow for longer in week 4)
