Drumming into Deep Rest

A RESTORATIVE YOGA + NATIVE INDIAN DRUMMING EXPEREINCE

Beautiful friends, under the energy of the July full moon Lionheart & Renee are coming together to create an evening of deep rest where you will be guided into bliss-filled relaxation through gentle restorative yoga postures and the breath, and once we arrive in the depths of our restoration, the medicine of the drum will take you on a journey beyond the boundaries of the mind and into the sacred rhythm of the soul.

The heartbeat of the Native American drum will invite deep cellular release, grounding, and connection to the Earth’s ancient wisdom. This is a space to surrender, to be held, and to reawaken the natural harmony within your body and spirit.

We have everything you need at the studio, so please just bring yourself and wear comfy clothing. If
you feel called to pop on some extra cosy socks or even bring along some home comforts, please
do.
