Over five supportive weeks, Libby will guide you step-by-step through the foundations of yoga within her much-loved Gentle Flow class. Together, we will slow things down, build confidence, and help your body feel safe and strong on the mat, one breath, one movement at a time.

This is not about flexibility or getting it “right.”
It is about learning to listen to your body, understanding the basics of movement and breath, and discovering the quiet strength that comes from showing up for yourself.

Across the five weeks, you will:
• Understand how to move with your breath
• Build strength, balance, and body awareness
• Feel more confident stepping into any yoga class
• Learn foundational yoga postures and safe alignment
• Create a gentle, sustainable connection with your practice

Libby’s calm, nurturing teaching style makes this the perfect starting point for beginners, or for anyone who would love to return to the basics in a supportive, welcoming space.
