Lady’s Mantle has a beautiful and ancient relationship with women, the womb and cyclical life.

Her soft, fan-shaped leaves naturally gather droplets of water in their centre. Historically, alchemists collected these jewel-like droplets, believing they held unusual purity and transformative power—giving the plant her botanical name, Alchemilla.

Energetically, the leaf resembles a mantle or cloak: something that gathers, holds and protects. Lady’s Mantle has long been treasured as a traditional women’s herb, associated with feminine wellbeing and the transitions of menstruation, motherhood and menopause.

Earthy, gently astringent and wonderfully grounding, Lady’s Mantle can be enjoyed alone or softened with pink rose, lemon balm or a little honey.

To prepare: Add approximately 1 teaspoon to a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes, then strain.
