Join us to relax, stretch, unwind & enjoy the aroma, touch & amazingness of essential oils as you are guided through a series of long held stretches - Yin poses. A beautifully active class. A class that brings together breath work, movement and flow, meditation and seasonal happiness, an ever evolving flow to bring balance to the body and mind for the particular season we reside in. A great class for all levels.
