YIN YOGA

A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system with the purpose of calming the body & mind. Join us to relax, stretch, unwind & enjoy the aroma, touch & amazingness of essential oils as you are guided through a series of long held stretches - Yin poses. A lovely class for any level & injury.

Cost: $15 casual or concession


SUNRISE YOGA

Rise with us - this class will offer a beautiful way to awaken the body, mind and soul leaving you feel renewed for the day ahead. Ash will be bringing her joyful energy as you flow and expand into the day. 

This soothing practice will incorporate sun salutations to greet the rising sun, focus on basic yoga postures and how to connect them through breath, alignment and movement.

Cost: $15 casual or concession


GENTLE YOGA

Gentle Yoga Flow is a calming and soothing practice that focuses on gentle movements, deep breathing, and relaxation. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, allowing for a more mindful and meditative experience while being supported by both the instructor and your available props.

During a Gentle Yoga class, you can expect to engage in a series of slow and deliberate poses that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

A great class for all levels.

THE BIG REST

Come together as we deep dive into restorative yoga, during this class you can expect just 2-4 supported postures, where your whole being is guided into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. These postures will include a beautiful deep yogic sleep.‚Äč

You will be surrounded in candlelight, warmth & cosiness.

We ask you to come in your most delicious comfy socks and clothing and you settle in for complete nourishment - this will restore your entire being.

The only way to explain this class is MAGIC & BLISS.

PILATES

A nurturing Pilates session, where we gently focus on creating space, strength and movement through the body, all while being beautifully connected to the breath.

The intention of this class is to build strength & the foundations our body requires as we age, so we can live our best, strongest version of ourselves. A great class for all.
