A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system with the purpose of calming the body & mind. Join us to relax, stretch, unwind as you are guided through a series of long held stretches - Yin poses from a 5 element perspective. A lovely class for any level & injury.

Kundalini is one of the most powerful forms of yoga that combines breath work (pranayam), postures (asana), meditation and mantra. It is yoga that anyone can do and does not require any level of fitness or flexibility.
