How we use Bloodstone

During meditation

  • Hold the Bloodstone in your hand or place it on your body, particularly over the heart chakra or root chakra, depending on your intention. Visualize its energy aligning with your goals.

Wear it as jewellery

  • Wearing Bloodstone as jewelry allows you to carry its energy with you. Choose jewelry pieces that align with your intentions.

Place it in your home

  • Position Bloodstone in areas of your home where you want to benefit from its protective and grounding properties, such as near entryways or in busy living spaces.

Carry it with you

  • One of the simplest ways to use Bloodstone is to carry a small tumbled stone in your pocket, purse, or as a piece of jewelry (pendant, bracelet, or ring). This way, it stays in close contact with your energy throughout the day.

Focus and motivation

  • Place Bloodstone on your desk or workspace to enhance focus, motivation, and productivity. It can help you stay on task and overcome challenges.

  • Start by cleansing your Bloodstone crystal to clear it of any prior energies. You can use methods like smudging with sage, placing it in a bowl of salt, or using a clear quartz crystal to cleanse it.
