Rituals For Raising Your Vibration

With everything that’s happening in the world right now, sometimes it can be hard to remain uplifted and have a high vibe. With fear filling our screens and minds on a daily basis, it’s never been more important to keep our energy protected and vibrations high, as we all know that what we put out we get back!! 

When we choose to feel joy, love and happy feelings, we begin to quickly attract the same feelings and experiences back. So if you want more happy in your life, the quickest way to get this is to choose to be happy no matter what. 

If it’s time to get rid of those negative vibes and raise your vibration, you can easily do so with a number of simple rituals. Now not all of these may resonate with you, so choose the ones you feel the most drawn to and the ones that make you feel oh so good!

One of our favourite ways to instantly change our mood is to pop on some of our favourite music and dance it out! Music is an instant mood changer, and putting on an uplifting happy beat and moving our bodies is a great way to (literally) shake away those negative vibes! 

Journalling is such a great way to get your worries out of your brain and onto paper, and is one of the quickest ways to help clear your mind.  There are many different ways to journal, but a simple way to begin with is a gratitude journal. Write down all of the things you are grateful for - these can be as big or little as you like - and sit with them in a moment of gratitude and enjoyment for a sure fire way to increase your mood. 

Getting out in nature is so good for not only our mind, but for our body and soul. Breathing in the fresh air, feeling the warm sun on our skin and the grass between our toes is an instant mood boost. They don’t call Vitamin D, the happy vitamin for no reason! Being in nature is an instant way to feel grounded, whole and supported by the universe. So even if you aren’t an outdoorsy person, take a walk through the park or to the beach. Notice the wind, the birds, and all the other little things around you. Appreciate them. And watch your mood elevate!

And of course, we couldn’t not include crystals in our list. Crystals are powerful magnifiers of our moods, and can help elevate our vibes. Choose a crystal that resonates with you, and simply sit with it for a few moments. Focus on the feelings you want to feel, be it love, joy, happiness, confidence, creativity - whatever feels right. Let this feeling wash over you and soak it all in.
